Bladerunnaz is a Hungarian DJ/promoter collective founded in 1999, which quickly became the leading organizing team of the Budapest drum & bass scene. Alongside jungle and drum & bass, events and series organized by Bladerunnaz over the years have represented hip hop, dubstep, UK garage, and numerous subgenres of bass music, while also maintaining a strong hip hop and house event portfolio.  

Over nearly three decades, they have organized parties at numerous venues in Budapest and the countryside, as well as major Hungarian festivals (Sziget, SopronFest, Strand, formerly VOLT, BalatonSound, B My Lake).  

Our club nights

Alongside Bladerunnaz, several club nights and event series are connected to the team. These include Friday, representing liquid funk and other soulful drum & bass styles; Drum Club, focusing mainly on neurofunk; TEST (formerly Decknology and Budapest Bass Music), representing other primarily bass music directions; and Pesti Műszak, bringing together hip hop parties.  

Nearly a thousand parties

As a continuously active organizing team for over 25 years from 1999 to 2025, we have brought the world's leading drum and bass artists to Budapest's best venues. Since the beginning — although we haven't counted — the number of parties we've organized approaches one thousand, having held smaller and larger parties at almost every major existing or defunct club and special venue in Budapest. Currently, our main residencies are A38 Hajó, Akvárium Klub, Budapest Park, and Óbuda Bay. 

Resident DJ team

The oldest members of our DJ team are Chris.SU, DJ Ren, and Statik, while IAN Autorun, Incident, Markov, and — outside of the dnb scene — Cadik have also been long-time residents at our events. Alongside them, newer talents are continually joining, including, without claiming to be exhaustive, Shaymi, Hated, Ninive, Carrion, SiN, and many others.
